Sunset Hills in Greensboro, North Carolina, is a historic and vibrant neighborhood with a rich history dating back to the early 20th century. The area began development in 1922 under the guidance of Arthur Kirby Moore, a developer who acquired land that was primarily fields and woods. The neighborhood quickly transformed into a well-planned residential area with over 40 homes constructed by the mid-1920s.

Architecturally, Sunset Hills is known for its diverse styles, including Colonial Revival, Tudor Revival, and Bungalow/Craftsman designs. This variety reflects the range of homes, from modest bungalows to grander, architect-designed residences. The district includes over 900 contributing buildings, a testament to its historical and architectural significance. Notably, Sunset Hills was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2013, highlighting its importance in Greensboro's urban fabric.
